About Us
Montana hunting guides offering deer hunting, elking hunting, bighorn sheep, and many other hunting trips.
Montana High Country Outfitters is owned and operated by Tim and Conor Reishus. Tim & Conor are native Montanans with many successful years of hunting and guiding experience. Their guides are experienced. All have great hunting skills, and they select only guides that get along well with the clients. Tim and his guides each average over 20 years experience hunting big game.

When you hunt NW Montana with High Country Outfitters, you are about as far from a game farm hunt as you will ever get. We hunt some of the toughest terrain in the lower 48. Add dense cover and light human hunting pressure and you have the ingredients for some incredible trophies.

Bear hunting in Montana

Most of our hunts are conducted out of our lodge. The day begins with a hearty buffet style breakfast. After breakfast, 4x4's are used for transportation up the mountain. Actual hunting is done on foot. At the end of the day, we return to the lodge for a home cooked supper, showers, and comfortable beds.

We guarantee a clean, honest, hardworking operation that gives 110%.

    Our hunting area includes the Cabinet Wilderness area, and we are the only outfitter permitted to camp in the Wilderness. We are Located in northwestern Montana hunting the Libby, Three Rivers and Cabinet districts of the Kootenai National Forest.
