Kansas Quail Hunting
The Nickels have spent 20 years developing their native Kansas land for prime quail hunting. They manage individual tracts of land with windbreaks, hedges and fence rows that create the perfect habitat for wild quail.
Nickels Farms is the perfect getaway, but we're not far away. We are just minutes from
Kansas City and the Kansas Interstate system and a 45 minute drive from Kansas City International Airport.

We at Old School Guide Service are now offering hunts on our land featuring amazing flocks of eastern gobblers which have proliferated since re-introduction to north eastern Kansas.

Kansas Fishing Packages
Our ponds, which range in size from puddles to many acres, are home to some of the
hottest fishing in the Midwest.Crappie run in early spring followed, as the water warms, by the increased activity of largemouth bass, providing action for the fishing-minded sportsman from March through October. We provide the tackle or you may supply your own. Small boats provide access to our many fishing hideaways.

Mike Nickels is a third generation native to the Nickels Farms area and his family's roots are deep in the hunting tradition.
